The Seahawks have one of the best constructed rosters in the NFL... how do they do it? Can they keep doing it? Is there an element of luck? We don't really even bat an eye about the misses they've made because they've made up for it ten-fold on the late-draft and undrafted value they've found in guys. Pete Carroll deserves to be coach of the year for what he's done this year, in addition to the way he's built this team. He actually coaches his players to be better. Who's the most likely to snag the MVP this year? Russell Wilson doesn't have the stats, but he really is the most valuable player on this Seahawks team. National pundits don't see enough games to give Russell Wilson enough attention. Huskies head football coach Steve Sarkisian says the biggest challenge his team faces in UCLA is their defensive front 7. He discusses his team's attitude coming off a couple of tough losses and the fact that they've been inconsistent this year.
