She joins John and Tom in studio. // The city of Seattle will pay $75,000 to a Bellingham man who says his civil rights were violated when an off-duty Seattle police officer stepped on his head as he lay handcuffed. // ATLANTIC: After-school and extracurricular activities solidify disparities between rich and poor students.
