Ryan Divish of the Seattle Times says the Mariners will be ready to make big offers to free agents this off-season, but the question is whether or not they'll want to come here. We really want the Mariners to do something this off-season, but it's not sounding like they'll be able to. They might have waited too long to loosen up the purse strings.
