Clementines, pho and sushi

Tom, Thierry and Katie-O start the show with a conversation about clementines. They discuss their use for clementines and similar citrus fruits. Taylor Hoang from Pho Cyclo Café joins the show to talk about the popularity of Pho in Seattle and also more on other Vietnamese food. Next, the show answers listener questions and tackles topics including digital thermometers, brussel sprouts and wines that pair with turkey. This week's Food in the News features a special guest, award-winning food writer Jen Chiu. The show looks at sushi in Seattle and is joined by expert sushi chef Taichi Kitamura. The show takes on some culinary facts and fictions in agree/disagree and as always the show ends with the food quiz.
