Yep, it's cold out. The jet stream is much farther south than usual temperatures are 20 to 40 degrees below normal through the western half of the country. Our cold snap coverage begins with KING 5 reporter Elisa Hahn, who talked with a Seattle family with a busted furnace....At sunrise this morning, recovery efforts will resume at the site of a silo collapse at the Wilcox Farms Feed Mill in Roy. That's in Pierce County, south of Joint Base Lewis McChord. One worker is presumed dead, buried under 50 tons of corn....Same Sex Suit- Two railroad workers from our state are going to federal court to force their employer to provide health care benefits to their same sex spouses. KIRO RADIO'S TIM HAECK HAS THE STORY...The 12th Man will be well represented high above San Francisco Sunday when the Seahawks take on the 49ers at Candlestick Park, thanks to some industrious fans who raised enough money to fly a 12th Man banner from a plane before the game.
