With the holiday season upon us, the show is joined by Lara Hamilton, from Book Larder, to share some of the best cookbooks of 2013 that would make great gifts. Next, Josh Ruxin the author of "A Thousand Hills to Heaven - Love, Hope and a restaurant in Rwanda" stops by the show to talk about the impact a restaurant can have on a community. They answer listener questions about a cookie recipe that represents Seattle, children's cookbooks and more. Later, Chef Jason Wilson of Crush and the New Millers Guild joins the show to talk about his signature dish, plus he sticks around for the food quiz!
