Tacoma schools has launched a program to let kids use their smartphones in school. // A group of researchers say there is no evidence that taking multivitamins actually makes you healthier. // The American Civil Liberties Union has filed a lawsuit to protect the names and addresses of Level One sex offenders from being released to the public. A woman known for her broad public records requests asked for the information (about 21,000 names). John and Tom talk to Brad Meryhew. Meryhew represents two Level 1 sex offenders who have filed a lawsuit in King County to keep their addresses private. // Seattle police officers soon will have authority to write $27 tickets for consuming pot in public. But police officers will give warnings first and expect to give most people several free passes. John predicts a backlash against public pot smoking.
