Local school shooting plot foiled

A local teen studied the Columbine massacre and had the guns to pull off a school shooting in Tumwater according to prosecutors. The 14-year-old appeared in Thurston County court with his mother yesterday. KIRO Radio On Assignment: Brandi Kruse reports some crime victims, desperate to stay in our country, might be abusing the system. The help wanted sign is still out at Microsoft. The board has not picked a CEO and now we've learned it won't happen until next year. Tim Haeck says now is the time to get a flu shot. Boeing machinists plan to march out of the Everett factory to the local union hall this afternoon to demand a chance to vote on the company's latest contract offer.
