Tom, Thierry and Katie-O discuss their favorite recipes for the flaky pastry, share tips on how to prepare it and explain the best holiday season recipes. Brian Maletis, the owner of Fat Cork, is in-studio to discuss how he started his label, to share a variety of champagne secrets and to offer champagne tips for your holiday celebrations. Next, the show discusses and critiques their favorite roast chicken recipes. This week's food in the news features an angry chef on twitter and much more. They explain how they would repurpose a number of different food gifts and continue that conversation in agree or disagree. Helen McGovern, the Executive Director of the Emergency Food Network, is in-studio to explain how you can help families in need over the holiday season. As always the show ends with the food quiz.
