The Olympic competition is already underway in Sochi, Russia, and Washington has several athletes on the U-S Olympic team looking to medal at these games. On the UW campus, a student is far more likely to carry a bus pass than their car keys. A survey of transportation habits find that college campuses are leading in options and innovation. The Seattle School Board president is pushing to flip starting times to give students the best chance of succeeding. There's a push in the legislature to the reduce the state liquor tax. Right now it's set at 20.5%, the bill would bring it down to 6.5% over eight years. Charlie Maxton, the voice of Portland joins us to talk about the dumping of snow that they got yesterday.
