Uncertain future for disabled childrenís school

The time is ticking away for a small private school on Queen Anne, one that serves disabled children, to find a new place to operate. A shoplifted in Washington was busted by a video taking vigilante, whose video was banned from YouTube for bullying. CBS correspondent Larry Miller is in London with the latest on Kiev.
