Clayton expects the Seahawks to sign Michael Bennett

Originally aired: Wednesday, February 26, 2014

John Clayton says that the combination of a salary cap increase and potentially losing defensive linemen Chris Clemons, Tony McDaniel and Red Bryant to free agency could force the Seahawks to increase their offer to defensive tackle Michael Bennett. Clayton adds that Seattle could target former Green Bay tight end Jermichael Finley to replace former tight end Zach Miller and that giving coach Pete Carroll a new contract soon would increase the tension between 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh and the front office.
