A local mayor reconsiders a new policy and the President tells Russia to back off Ukraine

Puyallup Mayor John Knutsen joins the show live to explain his new rule during public meetings that speakers are not allowed to speak ill of volunteers with the city. Jason agrees with the spirit of having a civil discourse, but the example that pushed Knutsen to the new rule rankles him. Will Knutsen change the rule back? // President Obama made a statement on Ukraine finally, telling Russia to back off of the situation and keep their military out of Ukraine. The administration is trying a diplomatic approach, but Russian forces are reportedly already in Crimea. // A Tumwater teacher got a great severance package despite getting fired for bad behavior. Jason sifts through the evidence and concludes that he got way too great of a deal here. // Jason finds another problem with what the Seattle City Council passed yesterday in regards to rideshares (or TNCs). Will this lead to people losing their jobs?
