Legal tobacco age may raise to 21

King County Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Administrative Board is suggesting the state legislature raise the age to legally buy tobacco products from 18 to 21. More than a month after a landslide buried a neighborhood in Oso, killing at least 41 people, recovery efforts continue on a much smaller scale. The Mayor's task force on the minimum wage is supposed to release its findings today. Dave spoke with UC Berkeley professor Robert Reich.Since the landslide in OSO, many have questioned the wisdom of building new homes in landslide prone areas. KING 5's Jake Whittenberg joins us.
