I-5 deadly police standoff

I-5 southbound in Seattle was shut-down for five hours last night after State Troopers were forced to shoot a man who had intentionally stopped traffic. Michael Medved checks a couple of names off of the 2016 list of presidential hopefuls. CBS Military Analyst Major Mike Lyons has more in Iraq. The head of Seattle City Light is already the highest paid city employee. He's getting a big pay hike starting next month and the mayor is not apologizing for that.
