Tom, Thierry and Katie-O start the show by looking ahead to the Salmon-Enchanted Evenings event, a fundraiser for the Seattle Parks Department. Next they break down the art of using leftovers. Plus, Tom and Thierry take Katie-O and Producer Tina's ordinary leftovers and make them extraordinary. The guys from Red Star Taco Bar in Freemont stop by to discuss what goes into a great taco. Kathleen Flinn, the author of 'Burnt Toast Makes You Sing Good', is in-studio to share details about her new memoir. Next, Katie-O goes to Facebook for another batch of listener questions. Friends of the show, Hedges Winery, come by with taste tests and to explain their new biodynamic wine. Later, Chef Erica Burke stops by to talk her Volunteer Park Café and share updates on other upcoming ventures. As always the show wraps with a food quiz!
