Carr concedes race for Seattle City Attorney
Just after 8pm on Tuesday challenger Pete Holmes led Carr with 62-percent of the vote to Carr's 38-percent.
In a call with the Seattle PI Carr admitted that he had lost the election and planned to concede the race to Holmes.
