    I herd your brodcast today. I have a question where do you think FEMA get it's money from? The answer is from the states. I don't understand the logic where by the states pays the fed so the fed can give them back their own money. What is so wrong with the STATES!! having their own emergency fund? and leaving the fed out of it. The best thing the fed can do and especially Obama is GET OUT OF THE WAY!! The federal government is in capiable of doing ANYTHING!!efficiently or responibly
