TBTL in Los Angeles

We had the best time on Saturday night. The bowling was great, the karaoke was awesome (especially the crowds of interpretive dancers who added a special touch to each song) and all the tens who showed made the night a blast. Some had come from San Francisco, San Diego, Ventura...Todd was from Seattle. Plus all the locals who showed us a very good time. When we closed the bowling alley down at 2am, half the group was still heading for a taco truck down the street.

  It was sooo exciting to meet Marie-Reine. Oh yeah, Luke and Jen too. Word to the wise; For tens who will be meeting Jen, She is a bona fide knock-out! Do not be afraid of the light. Luke and Vanessa were adorable. I kept fighting the urge to call Vanessa, Van. I mean, we know the hosts and their mates but we don't know them. 10's of fun (that last pun was for Sean who could not a10d)

  I am so jealous of all the Tens who live around the country who are about to spend several intimate evenings with Jen and sidekicks. I'm sure all of us who were at the Mariners game or Bush Garden cannot imagine spending 5 hours in a room with Luke, Van (yes, VAN) and Jen with only 20 other people in attendance. Next time I think we need a auditorium with a live satellite feed and a party of our own. Sean is ours, you can't have him too.

  after many a conversation with other tengelenos at All Star Lanes on saturday, i went ahead and started a facebook page http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=172312534890 so we can get better at getting together. LettucePray - come join! it was pretty great to meet everyone and wait forever for our turn on the karaoke.
