A Kirkland man is now being sued for revealing the identities of 178 people who responded to a sexually graphic Craigslist ad.

Jason Furtuny says he posted the ad on Craigslist.com mostly as a joke, and to see what kind of response he'd get, "They're sending anything from just a quick note like a high how are you doing I'd like to hook up, to a here's my name, here's my phone number, here's what I look like, here's what the lower half of me looks like, let's go."

But when he posted the the names, pictures, and contact information of everyone who responded some took offense and are now trying to sue Furtuny for $75,000.

Furtuny says these people didn't think through what they were doing when they responded to his add, "They didn't take into account their trust relations with a complete stranger online."
