Redmond has now seen two different bank robberies in the past seven days.

A Bank of America branch, located on the 2200 block of Bel-Red Road in Redmond was robbed shortly after 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 2.

The suspect demanded money but did not use, or imply that he had, a weapon. He left with an undisclosed amount of cash.

No injuries were reported.

On Friday, Aug. 25 a US Bank located in the 15000 block of NE 25th Street was also robbed. Currently, the two robberies do not appear to be linked.

Anyone with information regarding these crimes is asked to call the Redmond Police.
