A Morton School District Teacher who spent two weeks in jail for inappropriately touching female students has had his teaching certificate suspended by the state.

Now, one woman is celebrating the news ,15 years after she says she was a victim.

'I'm happy the Superintendent (Randy Dorn) has taken the step in the right direction to suspend his license."

Balinda, who only wants her first name used, was 15 when she say Michael Moulton offered her drugs and pornography while she was baby sitting at his home.

"I told him that I did not want it and he told me I needed to show him a body part."

Balenda told Northwest Nights with Frank Shiers that Moulton swore her to secrecy, but she told her parents, who then called police.

Moulton was never tried, because prosecutors decided there wasn't enough evidence to go forward with the case, even though a police report was filed.
