Coco Crisp and Matt Carson each hit solo home runs to back Brett Anderson, and the Oakland Athletics beat the Seattle Mariners 6-2 Monday.
Anderson (4-6) won for the first time in five starts since Aug. 4. He ended a four-game losing streak that matched the longest of his career.
Crisp homered in the first, Oakland's first leadoff homer of the season. It was the third leadoff home run of Crisp's career and his first since Aug. 18, 2003, against Tampa Bay.
Oakland has won six in a row at home against the Mariners.
