Marshawn Lynch might avoid a suspension

Date: Wed July 18, 2012 Show: Cold Hard Facts John Clayton says he doesn't think the NFL will suspend Marshawn Lynch for his DUI charge. Clayton's reasoning: the league considers DUIs a violation of its substance-abuse policy, which provides that a player will generally be fined and not suspended for his first DUI (1:08). Clayton also says Chris Clemons forfeited more than $1.16 million for skipping the Seahawks' mandatory minicamp (13:53).
