Date: Fri February 8, 2013 Show: Colin and Tom Tom Wassell out. The Seahawks need defensive end help with Chris Clemons hurt and Bruce Irvin still raw. Who do the Seahawks try and get this offseason? Also, is the Seahawks offense actually ahead of the defense? The defense was ranked 5th in points allowed, but slowed at the end of the season, while the offense improved. Colin and Matt talk about Sports Illustrated’s Don Banks and his 2012 NFL “re-draft”. Banks says it’s the first time since he started doing this eight years ago that 3 picks from one team were “re-picked” in the first round (based on 2012 performance). It’s the NFL offseason, and the NFL combine is coming up in 2 weeks so that means it’s mock draft time! Five different analysts pick five different players for the Seahawks at 25, but they are all defensive players (DE’s or DT’s).
