The guys talk Seahawks and the trouble they might face at defensive end. The defense did allow Peyton Manning to drive down the field until an awesome end zone fumble and return for Browner before the backups came in. Colin says it's a little tough to judge the defense as the entire first unit wasn't playing together. Why is Cam Newton not held in the same regard as other young quarterbacks? Remember when he put up gaudy stats in his rookie season? He may have taken a bit of a step back, but he is still a dangerous player and poses a serious threat to Seattle in their season opener. Ron Jawarski says that Colin Kaepernick could be one of the best quarterbacks... EVER! Other than being extremely premature (the guy didn't even play a full season last year) does he have a point? Colin says he has all the attributes you are looking for in a QB in today's NFL. Tom wonders how so many teams passed on him if he was so great. Steve Young says he still has a lot to prove before he gets to that level.
