Meteorologist, Lisa Van Clise joins us to talk about the weather, which is looking really dicey. More and more people are trying to build naps into their regular scheduled day. It's the perfect weather for a nap. 9:20 33% of American's admits to napping everyday - aim for a 90-minute nap. The best places to sleep are under your desk or half sitting up in your car, whatever works! Secretary of Education, Arne Duncan says that is you get more zzz's it will help you with your ABC's. Are kids getting up too early for their own good? Duncan says that if we can start school earlier that would be good. HS kids are under the most stress. 9:32 Syria - The Senate Foreign Relations Committee voted to authorize President Obama to use limited force against Syria Wednesday, after adopting amendments from Sen. John McCain designed to urge Obama to "change the military equation on the battlefield." We are suffering the hangover of the Iraq war. 9:47 KIRO Radio reporter, Brandi Kruse has a story about an unsavory story about bedbugs. A Bothell man and his girlfriend claim their home was ravaged by bedbugs, and blame an office chair purchased at a Value Village thrift store in Ballard. The company said there is no proof the chair led to the infestation, but settled with the couple anyway.
