In an interview with KIRO Radio’s Brandi Kruse on Monday, Seattle Police Chief Kathleen O’Toole said she was “very frustrated” by protesters who ruined the city’s annual Christmas tree lighting on Friday. She said she is proud of the "incredible restraint” shown by officers during a week of anti-police brutality protests that are expected to continue for several days.
