In "Sweeping the Dial" the guys address the Michael Bennett trade rumor, Jimmy Graham is flying the crying fan to Seattle for a game, and Chris Borland on why he's retiring after one season.

    John Clayton, who joins us a little later than normal assesses how the Seahawks fared in the first week of free agency and looks ahead to what could be next. Will Marcus Mariota be a failure in the NFL because he's 'too shy'? Jim tries to defend him and other shy leaders. In "Audibles!" we learn how best to deal with a broken heart.

    710 ESPN Seattle Mariners reporter Shannon Drayer gives us the latest from Spring Training. How the Chris Taylor injury impacts the club, who the surprises are and where the biggest weakness is. The guys break down the remaining position battles and focus in a lack of CF depth. In "Sweeping the Dial" the guys praise Jameis Winston for not attending draft and celebrating with family, Tim Tebow is training with the Eagles, and Christian Laettner is upset with the Fab 5 documentary.

    The NCAA Tournament is set - are you rooting for Gonzaga? Why do Husky fans tend to root against the Zags? Danny explains why he isn't a Gonzaga supporter. ESPN college basketball analyst Eammon Brennan gives us his choice for an upset as he sees Arizona going a long way in the tourney. Dave and Jim try to get Danny to root for Gonzaga, but he just can't do it.

    Cornerback Cary Williams, a free-agent signing of the Seahawks, joins the show to talk about joining the vaunted Seattle defense and talks about his struggle from practice squad to full-time player. There have been lot of additions and subtractions to the Seahawks roster in the last week. Are the Seahawks better now than they were a week ago? Callers weigh in. In "Audibles" we learn about outdoor mishaps and would would act out your life story.

    We kick off the show with John Clayton, who assesses the additions the Seahawks have made and if they're enough to make up for their losses in free agency to consider them better than at the end of 2014. In "Sweeping the Dial" the guys talk about Lorenzo Romar's future, John Madden not a fan of what Will Ferrell did yesterday, and another Bill Walton odd tangent.
