    Rick, Shannon and Bill talks about the season Nelson Cruz had and Bill thinks it's the last time a right handed hitter will hit 44 HRs at Safeco. Mariners pitcher Charlie Furbush talks about rehabbing from a torn ligament, getting to know the other relievers and the secret to improving is simply getting strike one. New Mariners first base coach Casey Candaele talks about what he needs to do headed into the season, it being his first as a major league coach. He will be working with the outfielders and helping with baserunning as well. He also talks about his mother who played in the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League.

Mariners Marketing Manager Camden Finney joins the show to talk about some of the promotions the team will have this year, featuring the Nelson Cruz 'Boom stick' bobblehead and a King Felix beach towel. Brian McTaggart of who covers the Houston Astros talks about their run to the playoffs and the moves they made this offseason. He talks about how much Jose Altuve means to the Astros. Plus, we learn quite an amazing stat about Nelson Cruz.

    Aaron Goldsmith, Shannon Drayer and Mike Blowers host. New Mariners 1st baseman Adam Lind joins the show and talks about his reaction to being traded to the Mariners and about what he calls his 'man pavilion' as opposed to man cave at his home in Tampa Bay. We take a look at the moves GM Jerry Dipoto made in the offseason and what the lineup should look like once the season begins. The Mariners have completely changed their bullpen this offseason (which was a huge trouble spot in 2015). We look at how the new arms could impact things in 2016. The Mariners catching depth took a hit as Jesus Sucre broke his leg in a Winter League game. We talk about the catching depth on the roster.

New Mariners pitching coach Mel Stottlemyre Jr. talks about getting a chance to coach in his hometown and takes a look at this pitching staff and what he's looking for in Spring Training. Mariners IF/OF Shawn O'Malley joins us from the Mariners Caravan and talks about his first season in Seattle and what he's been up to this offseason.     Rick, Shannon and Mike talk about their favorite Junior home runs and we listen to the highlights. New Mariners bench coach Tim Bogar who says he's excited about the team Jerry Dipoto has assembled. He talks about what his role will be and working with the players on aggressive baserunning. Larry Stone of the Seattle Times thinks Ken Griffey Jr. won't be a unanimous vote, but he has a great chance of getting the highest percentage of votes ever. He talks about Edgar's chances of getting into the Hall and other players he voted for. Plus a final look at the current vote totals that had been released and who will join Ken Griffey Jr. in the Hall of Fame.
  • January 5, 2016 - Hour: 1
    Rick Rizzs, Shannon Drayer and Mike Blowers host the first show of 2016. Mariners GM Jerry Dipoto joins the show and says we are at the point of the off-season where GMs start figuring out arbitration cases and minor free agent moves. He says they accomplished exactly what they wanted with their pitching staff, with keeping Hisashi Iwakuma being the biggest boon to the team. He talks about heading into Spring Training working with the young players to turn them into effective major leaguers. Rick, Shannon and Mike talk about what to expect in Spring Training (just a month and a half away). Plus they share their memories of Dave Henderson who passed away over the holidays.
