  • January 8, 2015 - Hour: 2
What will we remember for Marshawn Lynch and his legacy? Locally, the Beast Mode runs, 100 yard games and at least one Super Bowl victory will top the list. But nationally, not talking to the media may tarnish what he does on the field. The guys talk about this year's baseball hall of fame class and then get into talking about hairstyles. They end by talking about a cat named Meowshawn Lynch and the college football championship.

Justin Myers and Andy Bunker in. Does anything about the Carolina Panthers scare you? Cam Newton? Stout defense? Is there any scenario where you see the Panthers leaving Century Link with a win? Is Seattle the only place in the NFL where you have to prepare for noise in addition to the team on the field? Cam Newton and Russell Wilson have long careers in front of them so if they lose in the playoffs they can redeem themselves, but can any QB negatively effect their legacy by not making a long playoff run?

Monday, December 29, 2014

  • December 29, 2014 - Hour: 2
Justin is convinced that the NFL doesn't want the Seahawks to repeat as Super Bowl champions and his reason why is that dynasties tend to get rules changed for the rest of the league. Some of the Seahawks coaches may get picked up by other teams, but this isn't really a bad thing. Tom says he'd rather lose a divisional game to Carolina than lose a Super Bowl to Peyton Manning? Is he cray cray?

Who is the Seahawks MVP? Russell Wilson, Marshawn Lynch, or someone on the defense? Justin says it has to be Lynch, but Andy makes a compelling case for Earl Thomas or Bobby Wagner. The Seahawks once again are the most penalized team in the NFL and each game they are penalized twice as much as their opponents. Is this alarming or are the Seahawks good enough to overcome them?
