The Seattle Storm have re-signed Nancy Darsch to be an assistant coach.
Storm coach Brian Agler announced Thursday that Darsch will return for a third season with the team in 2010. He cited Darsch's "wealth of experience."
Darsch is a former head coach for the WNBA's New York Liberty and Washington Mystics. She also coached Ohio State for 12 seasons.
Before joining the Storm, the native of Plymouth, Mass., was an assistant at Boston College for two seasons.
She won two Olympic gold medals as an assistant coach for the U.S. teams at the 1984 Games in Los Angeles and the 1996 Games in Atlanta.
