This off-season, with the tragic Superbowl loss, celebrity contract talks, and openly dissatisfied player problems, Seahawks fans could use a rekindling for their Hawk fan flame. Need to know: The Mariners (42-51) lose series opener to the Tigers (46-46). Despite the Mariners' worst-in-the-AL record, they still consider themselves contenders. This displeases Salk. Also: Clayton talks the gap between the Seahawks and their NFC West-rival Cardinals and Russell Okung bets on himself acting as his own agent in contract discussions.
