    Jeremy Lane doesn't think Gronk is that good. This isn't typical of the Seahawks to put out bulletin board material before a game, but is this typical in the week before the Super Bowl? Deflate-gate is starting to get ridiculous. There are a lot of non-stories out there, so the guys try to find out the real ones. Plus the Mariners tweak their Sunday uniforms for next season, going back to the old blue and gold color scheme.

The Seahawks should play well against a pass heavy offense as they easily handled last year's Broncos team.
