    Mariners pitcher Carson Smith joins the show and talks about the spring training roller coaster, getting sent down and called up before the season began. Plus he talks about his funky delivery. The Mariners lineup looks a little different tonight and it's part of the 'non' platoon we're going to see this year. In "Audibles!" we learn about which 710 ESPN Seattle host the guys would not help in a fight.
  • April 7, 2015 - Hour: 2
    John Clayton identifies the teams he could see selecting former Huskies Danny Shelton and cornerback Marcus Peters in the first half of the first round. Coach Calipari vs. Coach Krzyzewski, who would you rather play for? In "Sweeping the Dial" the guys discuss Percy Harvin's 'ready to explode' comment, why Bubba Watson is hated, and Bo Ryan's complaints about officiating.

    Who are the pieces on this Seahawks team that should form the nucleus in 2015? What about 2016? How different will this team look in a year? John Schneider certainly isn't shy in pulling the trigger on a deal to acquire blockbuster talent with Percy Harvin and now Jimmy Graham, that if a move doesn't work, it doesn't make him hesitate on making another. Is it important for Graham to be a core player for the next 2-3 years?

    Are we taking Felix for granted as he has been historically dominant on opening day? Also, instead of platoon, we've learned it's a 'job share' in right field. The guys talk about how valuable Seth Smith can be to this team over the course of the season. This team has the potential to be great, but injuries to certain positions could be a big problem.

    The Mariners win on opening day and the guys are at Safeco Field. They loved seeing Felix dominate and the two Smith's, Seth and Carson, playing a huge role in the win. John Clayton discusses the latest free-agent visit for offensive lineman Stefen Wisniewski and whether the Seahawks still have a chance to sign him. In "Audibles!" we discover who the best dancer is at 710 and Dave challenging a dance off.

    The Angels have quite a problem on their hands with Josh Hamilton. Imagine if this happened to the Mariners? They were in pursuit of him...this could have sunk the franchise. Which Seahawk fits into which movie role? In "Audibles!" we learn some personal things about Danny.

    John Clayton gives us the scoop on former Huskies safety Dashon Goldson heading to Washington, after being traded by the Bucs. The Professor also thinks now is a great time for the first female official in the NFL. Mariners pitcher Dominic Leone gets sent down to Tacoma 3 days before the season. He says he feels a bit blindsided by it. Carson Smith will take his place. In "Sweeping the Dial" the guys talk about Madison Bumgarner's coolness, Tom Izzo's take on social media, and a Cleveland radio hosts wants to 'protect' women officials.

    This is the last show before the Mariners play for real. How many wins is reasonable? Jim is shooting for the moon with his 100 win prediction. After a side conversation about Van Halen and David Lee Roth, callers weigh in with their totals as well. Rob Gronkowski is going to play a cop in a movie. What role would some of the Seahawks play?

    We go over Dave Wyman and his Harvard 'health' review on former football players. We end up finding out the guys think they have Low T. Pac-12 insider Ted Miller of talks about how the Huskies can have so many highly touted NFL draft picks, but yet only win 8 games. He also thinks both the UW and WSU will bring up the back of the Pac. In "Audibles!" we learn about Xenos Paradox.
  • April 2, 2015 - Hour: 2
    John Clayton talks about the scene at the pro day today at the University of Washington. He says Marcus Peters did a lot to improve his draft stock today. Danny is upset that the UW could have 3 first round draft picks this year and yet the team couldn't win more than 8 games. He wants answers. In "Sweeping the Dial" the guys talks about Geno Auriemma's rant about college basketball, the Pacquio/Mayweather fight cost, should Keith Price try Canada?
