The last time I went to one was around the first installment of Star Wars films. After that between the quick rise in theater tickets and the advent big screen t.v.s, it wasn't long before my roommate's setup was as good or better than the theater. Add to that how dirty the theaters are, people making noise (or children), or holding phones in your way trying to film the movie, it became more enjoyable to sit home and watch. And if I miss an important line in the film I can simply rewind it and keep up."
