When wounded warriors and their families need support throughout some of the most difficult times in their lives, Brittney Hamilton, of Orting, Washington, is there to help. As the Executive Director of Operation Ward 57, Brittney offers a helping hand in many ways – from working with these servicemen and women to obtain financial grants, mentorship and mental health support to organizing morale boosting events across the Puget Sound, Brittney is dedicated to improving the lives for our nation’s most deserving citizens.
Because of Brittney’s devotion to helping others, KIRO Radio and your community credit union, WSECU, are proud to honor Brittney Hamilton as a Hometown Hero and award her with $2000 as our way of saying thanks!
