Through his various leadership positions within non-profit and governmental agencies, James has produced the life-changing coaching course called Straight Talk Series (STS). It is through this 10-week training that he has helped lift many people to believe in themselves again, develop a maturing self-esteem, and to make better choices, even when all seems lost.
