    Nicely done Dave!
Great write-up! I'm thinking you've got this writing thing down! I really hope we can match up with the Carolina Offense, and hopefully take advantage of a weaker Carolina defense. Would be great to walk away with a road win. And maybe the quarterback contraversy will quiet down for another week or so.

    No need for an apologist.....
....for the coaches, but if they blow it, that's what fans see. Not denying it's difficult and with little sleep provided, but it's the dark side of the moon for us in the tailgate crowd. AS for the Panthers.....a road game far, far away in BBQ and moonshine country is still dicey. Will that smokey aroma be a distraction midday? We should have beat St. L, and evenArizona barely on the road. I'd call it even for now and don't pass the ribs yet.

And 1 very good reason to be scared
Pete Carroll and his play-calling will keep the Hawks D on the field too much. Write this down: Take Carolina -3 and bet your mortgage!

Dang it Shane, you stole my line.
Kind of. Mine is, "And one reason to be afraid - Russell Wilson, who should be on the bench learning the NFL game this year."

    Keep him on the sidelines
By owning the line of scrimmage on Hawks offense, forcing him out of the pocket with pressure, and Seattle not turning over the ball.
