Seattle on cusp of playoffs, not talking about it
It's not hard to get Pete Carroll talking. Getting him to speak about the postseason is another matter.

    7-9 was an accomplishment both the past two seasons. There were wins pulled from thin air. This season is the start of the next really great era of Hawks football. Seattle will demand to be in every playoff discussion for the next 7 years. More if JS and PC can demonstrate that they can maintain the competitive edge they've built over time instead of watching it deteriorate as the last era did.

    Had they taken care of business against Miami, we'd be playing for a legitimate shot at the NFC West Title. (Still pissed off about that loss) I'm hoping the defense is "up to the task" of minimizing the 49'rs offense, and Kaepernik in particular.
