Brandon Browner was back in the Seattle Seahawks' locker room Wednesday, shaking hands and sitting just a few feet away from fellow cornerback Richard Sherman.

    Healthy and Momentum
Feels great to hear how healthy we are going into this week's game. I'm kind of glad that we were able to have a tough game at home to wake us up, show us our vulnerabilities, and travel to DC with momentum and almost full health. It will be interesting to see if the Skins test Browner at the beginning of the game to see if he has kept up his game speed. I'm sure he did nothing but his usual routine while he was suspended. Go Hawks!

    Agreed with hawhetton.
It's actually kind of remarkable how few injuries the team has sustained this far into the season. All this bodes well for our chances in that wretched hive of scum and villiany...er, ahem...Washington D.C.

The best Offense, is a good Defense
And we've got a great defense indeed! As is normal, the national sports media is only begrudgingly recognizing how good and how great a story this 2012 Seahawk team is. If and when the RG-III story ends Sunday, it will be even more so. I love it! Go Hawks!!!
