    Don't mess with Sacramento
Your arrogance and hypocrisy in trying to steal our team was something to behold. But in the end, you lost.

Good to hear from a Kings supporter, where is the phone booth where the Kings Fans hold their meetings?

    Here comes the law suit
I don't think this is done yet. Maybe the Kings won't move but I can see a very large law suit coming soon against the NBA and Stern. Where were these A** H***** when they let the Sonics move? And how can they tell the teams owner's they have to take less for the team? Maybe the NBA will end up paying for the new arena in Seattle by the time the smoke settles.

    Law suit?
LOL. All I gotta say is, BRING IT! What you should be asking is where was YOUR mayor when the Sonics were taken.

    working
He was probably doing his job and trying to find people jobs. Or is California now out of debt? Find it funny that your Major has enough time to spend doing all this.

Are you really so dense to not see that by keeping the Kings
our mayor just saved HUNDREDS of jobs and created HUNDREDS more?

So, creating hundreds of jobs is a BAD thing?
It might be a few thousand for all I know but it's a LOT of jobs.

How did he create hundreds of jobs?
Not like the number of people employed by the team is going to double just because they are still there. Don't understand the logic.

Bring it? Are you really Davis Stern, trolling MyNW discussions? Where was Seattle's Mayor during the Stern/Bennett collusion? Busy hiding in his office selling out Seattle to Stern and Bennett for a pile of $.

I wonder if the NBA is going to be on the hook...
for any difference in sales price between the Seattle offer and the Sacramento offer? Seems like they would need to pay the Maloofs the difference.

    What would be bad now...
You know this could get real ugly. The NBA only said no to the relocation. They could easily approve Hansen, Balmer and Nordstrom as the owners. Talking about really making us angry.

    Oh Well....
Stern can go blow himself with all the money he is going to miss out on in the market. I don't think we should ever allow an NBA team in this town, as long as he is in POWER! Let's focus on the NHL.

    follow the money
Both with the Sonics and Kings he probably followed allot of money into his own pocket. Just how big a bonus did he make this year, 21 million?

    Sacremento Kings Relocation
OK whats done is done it is now time for the Maloof Family to sell off all the decent players ((As if the Kings had any) I presume that the $258 in public financing is a typo. $258000000 in public financing (Read tax payers getting screwed)I love sports and the teams I support, but should not owners pay their own freight, this goes for all business owners not just sports franchises

Another example of a corrupt league
I wonder how much Stern pocketed from this move? I don't think the Sonics or Kings move were necessary if the corruptness of the league wasn't there and it was run right. Their is not parity in the NBA and it's popularity is suffering from letting some teams sign all the top players while most of the teams cannot compete with them. I haven't watched an NBA game since the Sonic move and will never watch another one as long as Stern is the commissioner. And I was once a big fan of the Sonics. Well at least I don't have to see teams losing because a few other teams have all the top talent. Good luck Kings fans for many more losing seasons.

    Bummed out? Yes. Surprised? No.
What were we expecting? A relocation committee headed by the thief Clay Bennett and a commissioner that for some unknown reason hates Seattle. Screw the NBA, I'd be more happy with just the NHL.
