Kent to consider full ban of medical marijuana businesses
Kent has had a moratorium on medical marijuana businesses for nearly a year, and now the city is considering an out-right ban.

    Why not ban drug stores? I have considered suggesting banning liquor and tobacco sales too, but those have no redeeming medical value, so aren't even on the same level. State law says it's okay, what's the problem? You're considering being on the wrong side of history.

    MMJ coops and dispensaries take business AWAY from the bad guys, the gangsters and other idiots with arsenals of weapons. Ban it, and it goes right back to the people who can actually do you harm. Stupid cop....

    How infantile. But what else can I expect from someone w/ no brain cells left. "Dispensaries" are just targets...for take over robberies, burglaries...but then you wouldn't know that or think of those possibilities; you're too busy frying your brain, getting "hi" and acting like a baby.

I think you just have a bias. I imagine you have NO issue with drinking alcohol. Is there anything stupider than a drunk person? do stoners piss themselves? How many drunk people puked in your patrol car? I guess that's ok. I'll take back the word "stupid", and replace it with "ignorant". My apologies....

    Why don't people understand this basic concept? What happened in Prohibition? people got killed over booze. because they had to go to the bad guys to get it. Same here. We would have a much less presence of illegal activity because it will not longer have to be "dealed". There would no longer be violence over it. And it would take away BILLIONS of profits from drug king pins and put them out of business.

    Medical marijuana is a freaking SCAM whichever way you cut it and the only reason why state lawmakers look the other way is to buy votes. These pot heads are violation of federal law and should be sent to federal prison for openly selling a controlled substance.
