    Shame
I saw a report on TV about this last night & it looks like residents around Bitter Lake had tried for years to voice their complaints & concerns to the City. One lady said-that that they were either ignored-or a "band-aid" fix was done. How long does a problem have to continue before it is actually-finally taken care of? We're talking RAW SEWAGE here!

This is nothing new, connecting to the wrong pipe.
It has been going on for, at least, 40 to 60 years. The builders don't get checked on this, so they'll scam any way they can. A busines was recently checked, it was connected to the storm drain. The business is 60 years old. A house was recently check on it's side sewer repair. Oops, it was connected into the storm drain, also. and 30 year old house. The new owners get to pay for the fix.
