UPDATE, 4:02 p.m. — The Amber Alert has officially been canceled. 10-year-old Alissa Helmandollar and her mother have been located in Cheney, Washington. The mother has been taken into custody, and the child is safe.

An Amber Alert was issued Wednesday afternoon for missing 10-year-old girl, Alissa Helmandollar, last seen March 20, 2019 in Nampa, Idaho.

Alissa was last spotted at a hotel with her mother, Brooke Helmandollar, 41, Tuesday afternoon. Authorities believe they left the area either Tuesday night or Wednesday morning, and are possibly headed to Portland, Oregon.
