May 2019 Charity of the Month: ZGiRLS!

ZGiRLS has been named Bonneville Seattle’s charity of the month for May 2019 for equipping girls with tools to be confident, centered and courageous in Seattle and across the country. The organization was founded by Olympic and NCAA athletes and has helped over 2,500 girls across the country build the confidence they need to live with zero limitations.

The ZGiRLS curriculum focuses on confidence building through sports, life-skills education and empowerment. The curriculum was designed by sport psychologists, professional athletes, professional curriculum developers and mental health counselors. Their results-driven approach ensures that each girl is actively learning ways to build a life they love, using sports as a way to enhance that learning.
