A collision had three lanes of northbound I-5 at 164th Street Southwest near Lynnwood blocked. All lanes were reopened shortly after 4 p.m.

Even with the collision cleared, WSDOT expects it to “really slow things down” for northbound drivers, with the blockage initially causing a four-mile backup.
