Lawmakers and staff will be allowed to return to the Legislative building at the Washington state capitol Tuesday morning after a bomb threat prompted its closure late Monday afternoon.
Washington State Patrol says the bomb squad swept the building and found nothing inside.
The threat was made via telephone.
