Body of missing Seattle man found in Duwamish River

The body of a man who was reported missing from Seattle earlier this month was found Saturay morning in Tukwila.

Two fisherman in the Duwamish River spotted the man’s body and called Tukwila police.

According to police, officers and firefighters responded to the 12000 block of 42nd Ave S shortly before 11:30 a.m. and located the body.

The man was identified as a 35-year-old male who was reported missing from Seattle on October 4. Police say foul play is not believed to be a factor at this time.
