HOMETOWN HEROES

Hometown Hero: Lynette Endresen

Feb 9, 2016, 8:07 AM | Updated: Feb 16, 2016, 8:10 am

In 2011, Lynette Endresen of Everett took her great passion to help those in need, and created an outreach program called Tailgate. Today, with her team of devoted volunteers, Tailgate provides hot meals, clothing, personal items and dental care services as well as a sense of dignity and hope to over 120 regular attendees. These individuals receive more than food and products, they receive personal connections with community members who care. Lynette’s goal? To help everyone she can in Snohomish County.

Because of Lynette’s leadership and compassion, KIRO Radio and your community credit union, WSECU are proud to honor Lynette as a Hometown Hero and award her with $2,000 our way of saying thank you for all that you do.
